Young Workspaces is a dynamic and innovative venture within Young Venture Group,
dedicated to revolutionizing the workspace experience. We are seeking a visionary
COO to lead our team and drive our ambitious expansion plans across Europe and
beyond.

Job Description:
As our CGO, you will be instrumental in driving our ambitious growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and overseeing all growth initiatives. You will work closely with our COO,
CFO, and marketing team to ensure that we achieve our expansion goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to expand Young Workspaces into 10 new cities within the next year.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new growth opportunities and target markets.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies for each new market, including pricing, product positioning, and sales channels.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Sales Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of growth initiatives.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Build and maintain strategic relationships with local businesses, organizations and/or influencers to drive traffic towards the business; and negotiate partnerships that enhance the co-working experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven track record in driving rapid growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideally deep understanding of the commercial real estate and shared workspace markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong business insight and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation.
