Young Workspaces is a dynamic and innovative venture within Young Venture Group,
dedicated to revolutionizing the workspace experience. We are seeking a visionary
COO to lead our team and drive our ambitious expansion plans across Europe and
beyond.

Job Description:
As our COO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Young Workspaces.
You will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, from
strategy development to day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our
Managing Director, CFO, and marketing team to create a high-performing organization
that delivers exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy in collaboration with the CGO, expanding Young Workspaces into new European markets and beyond.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational functions in every location
Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing, entrepreneurial team capable of executing the companyies strategic vision.
Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies that support growth and profitability.
Facility management: Ensure all co-working spaces are well-maintained, functional and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and standards; Collaborate with PM and vendors to address maintenance and safety needs. Oversee procurement and vendor relationships for furnishing, supplies and other operational requirements.
Brand Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our brand identity and position Young Workspaces as a leading player in the industry.
Process Optimization: Identify and continuously improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Cultural Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven track record in leading high-growth companies
Strong business insight and a deep understanding of financial principles.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for innovation and a desire to disrupt the traditional workspace model.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven ability to drive growth.
Experience in building and scaling teams.
Fluency in English. Additional European languages are a plus.
