The Opportunity

YOUNG Hotels has acquired its first property – a stunning 200-hectare estate nestled between Valencia and Alicante. The site boasts two charming bungalows, a main building with 10 rooms, multiple fincas, and beautiful olive groves. Our vision is twofold: initially, we will enhance the existing hotel facilities, and as we grow, we'll create an extraordinary guest experience by adding unique cabins strategically placed across the estate.

To bring this vision to life, we are seeking an Operational Leader who will take charge and drive the success of this new venture.

Your Role

As the Operational Leader, you will be the driving force behind YOUNG Hotels' first project. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role that requires a leader with deep experience in hospitality, a passion for creating unique experiences, and a keen sense of business. You will have the opportunity to shape and elevate the property, ensuring we meet our high standards for guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Additionally, as part of our co-venturing philosophy, you will be given the chance to participate in the operating company, sharing in the growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities

Take full operational leadership of the property, overseeing daily operations, guest experiences, and staff management.
Develop and implement a strategic plan to upgrade the current facilities and build a unique guest experience in line with YOUNG Hotels' vision.
Collaborate with YOUNG's team to design and integrate new, innovative accommodations (cabins) on the estate.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing revenue streams.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and guest-centric service within the team.
Act as the main point of contact with stakeholders, guests, and the YOUNG Hotels’ corporate team.
Participate as a co-venturer, aligning your entrepreneurial spirit with YOUNG's mission and vision.

Proven experience in hospitality management, ideally in a luxury boutique or unique property setting.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to lead and shape a new venture.
Exceptional operational and financial management skills.
A hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Willingness to participate in the operating company, sharing in the long-term vision and success of YOUNG Hotels.
