Our Approach

At YOUNG, we follow a very specific approach that helps us move fast, stay aligned, and understand how people think, not just what’s on their CV.

  • So, before jumping into the first interview, every candidate goes through the same first step: the DISC Assessment + a short Business Case.
  • First interview: cultural fit focused.
  • Second & last interview: day-to-day operations in the role related.
  • Trial Phase: win-win situation where both parties know exactly if there may be a long-term match or not.

YOUNG TRIAL

Each candidate who advances in our recruitment process completes the YOUNG Trial, a focused 5–10 hour practical assignment, carried out in their own time (evenings or weekends).

The trial is voluntary and unpaid, and forms an essential step in our selection process. It allows both the candidate and YOUNG to experience real collaboration before making a final decision.

For candidates, the YOUNG Trial offers:
