Each candidate who advances in our recruitment process completes the YOUNG Trial, a focused 5–10 hour practical assignment, carried out in their own time (evenings or weekends).
The trial is voluntary and unpaid, and forms an essential step in our selection process. It allows both the candidate and YOUNG to experience real collaboration before making a final decision.
